No flu shot
Taking zinc lozenges

Remove or reduce dairy in your diet. Dairy can lead to problems with bacteria.
Drink plenty of clean water
It is also suggested that you are constantly aware of your surroundings. Take Lauricidin, which can help boost your immune system and has shown antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal/yeast properties.

The symptoms you experience while infected with the flu or cold is actually the body healing itself. Viral infections are usually responsible for flu symptoms while bacterial infections are usually responsible for cold symptoms. It is important to take supplements that can help your body fight both type of infections and boost your immune system at the same time.
Please always contact a doctor or health professional whenever you make changes to your diet and supplement intake.
