My name is Dr. Nicole Rivera, I am the owner of Integrative Wellness Group and a practicing Functional Medicine Doctor in New Jersey. I decided to leave my one-dimensional practice and move back to NJ to open a multi-faceted wellness center that offered chiropractic, functional medicine, and nutrition. I enrolled myself in the Institute for Functional Medicine to advance my knowledge of medicine, nutrition, and biochemistry. Upon enrolling, I became clear on my passion and purpose to help people heal through diet and lifestyle.
