Refund policy
We do hope that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience and we sincerely appreciate your business with Med-Chem Labs, Inc. In order to keep our prices consistently competitive, we find it necessary to implement the following guidelines for returning merchandise.
Currently, we can only accept returns within the 30-day return period. This return period begins on the date you receive your order. We cannot accept order cancellations via email. You must call to receive your refund.
For general returns within the 30 day return period:
1. Contact our Costumer Service department Toll-Free at (877) 770 7270. Should you call outside of normal business hours 8 am – 3pm PST, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number and order number.
2. Only unopened Jars will be refunded.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and begin the refund process. The amount refunded is calculated using the original purchase price of the item and tax (if applicable). Shipping will not be refunded; Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
