Ashley Sweeney, RD | Functional Dietitian

"I help busy women get to the root of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, hormone changes, and mood swings so they can finally feel good in their bodies again without adding more overwhelm to daily life."

I'm Ashley Sweeney, a Registered Dietitian with nearly 15 years of experience, a mom of three, and a practitioner focused on real food, smart testing, and simple tools that support women and families. My work centers on root-cause nutrition, functional testing, and practical wellness habits that fit real life, and Lauricidin® is one of the tools that fits naturally into that conversation for me.

My Health Journey

I'm a Registered Dietitian, mom of three, and military spouse who loves helping women feel better in their bodies and more confident feeding their families. Over nearly 15 years of practice, I've seen how often women are given surface-level advice when what they really need are better tools, clear answers, and practical support.

That is what shaped the way I work today. I help women get to the root of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, hormone changes, and mood shifts using real food, targeted testing, and simple routines that are actually sustainable in everyday life.

Support for Women and Families

I earned my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and completed her Dietetic Internship and Master's in Public Health Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University. My background includes leading functional nutrition programs for women navigating hormone concerns, gut health, and long-term weight loss, while also helping moms bring more ease and confidence into family nutrition.

Today, my work focuses on women dealing with symptoms like brain fog, irregular cycles, digestive frustration, and low energy that have not improved with generic advice. I blend functional testing, natural supplements, and realistic food strategies to help my clients make meaningful progress without unnecessary complexity.
